KTGY GROUP, INC., specializing in high density residential, is the architect of the Aqua Via project located in Jack London Square. KTGY worked closely with the client, city and neighborhood groups to design an aesthetically pleasing, cost efficient solution, maximizing panoramic views of the estuary and San Francisco as seen from the upper levels. Using the characteristics of adjacent historic manufacturing buildings, KTGY incorporated concrete, glass and metal to portray a significant contextual style.
