Our soft loft brand is unimpeachably the most creative use of structural concrete in the Bay Area to create beautiful architectural forms both on the loft interior and exterior. Gone is the standard sheetrock box with low ceiling heights and small windows. Gone are non-responsive management, shoddy repairs and lengthy delays for maintenance requests. We are on-site, responsive, courteous and responsible.

Stand alongside one of our gems and take in the corbels, the reveals, the windows and parapet details and then swivel to ponder how contextural our creations are to the neighborhood. To escape the lure of building stick frame housing projects is difficult yet the right thing to do. While cheaper and quicker to build, that is where the benefits cease. I lived in Italy for a year with my family and found that my profession does not exist in Europe. I reflected upon this as the divining rod for responsible development. I demand acoustical superiority, texture, expansive windows and high ceilings, physical longevity, earthquake resistance, and strong architectural form whose public spaces are inviting and filled with light. No dark corridors with bad entry identity. This is your home. My buildings will endure and be part of the landscape for hundreds of years-while the stick frame product will be torn down and rebuilt after two generations. We spend more and profit less, but are proud to be building high- density, urban infill, transportation driven housing the responsible way.

Our projects are handcrafted gems, which create identity and passion for neighborhoods. They are designed, developed and expressed with passion by my love of travel and the water - each one containing real images, original art, boutique hotel level lobby designs all oozing with character.
